An initial consultation which gives us the opportunity to sit down and understand your business and design requirements. During this consultation you specifically outline the requirements of the job at hand whether it be a mobile vehicle fitted with a specific machine and pump set up for a dog grooming business, pressure washing company so that we fully understand the nature of the job at hand. We produce a design brief with options for you to choose from before deciding a build strategy.

Once stage one is complete, we then have a clear direction of what your business needs and how it needs to be built. Using these details we work towards a design using our in house CAD which we tweek before production of the unit starts. Once design is finalized it is then tested using our sophisticated CAD software before building beings. 

At the final stage, this is where we put design into production. Working from our CAD drawing, everything has a logical process from materials being cut, drilled, CNC'd or milled, down to materials being sent of for desired coated finish. Once fully built we test the entire setup before calling you back to install into your vehicle. At this stage small add-ons are possible such as holders and handles can be manufactured and added to enhance user friendliness.
